2. Service Description

GripMatch is a platform that connects Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) practitioners to find compatible training partners. The service allows you to:

• Create a practitioner profile
• Find partners based on compatibility criteria
• Communicate with other users
• Discover academies and open mats

3. Registration and Account

To use GripMatch, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password
• Not create multiple accounts

4. Code of Conduct

By using GripMatch, you agree to:

• Respect other users: no harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Be honest: truthful profile (belt, level, goals)
• Respect the agreed intensity: train according to mutual expectations
• Communicate clearly: give notice of cancellations or changes
• Respect academies: follow the rules of visited gyms

5. Prohibited Content

It is prohibited to publish or share:

• Illegal, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Spam or unauthorized advertisements
• Personal information of third parties without consent
• Sexual or violent content

6. Liability

GripMatch facilitates connections but is not responsible for:

• Injuries occurring during training sessions
• The behavior of other users
• The accuracy of information provided by users

You practice BJJ at your own risk. We recommend verifying that you are covered by appropriate insurance.

7. Reporting and Blocking

You can report any user who does not comply with these terms. We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or delete accounts
• Remove inappropriate content
• Take any necessary action to protect the community

8. Pricing

GripMatch is free for all practitioners. Premium features may be offered to academies and event organizers in the future.

9. Intellectual Property

GripMatch content (logo, design, code) is protected by copyright. You retain rights to the content you publish but grant us a license to use it for the operation of the service.

10. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Users will be informed of significant changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may also terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Paris.
